Sizing
Manufacturers' sizing does vary. If you are unsure about the size that your child needs, please contact us via email, and we will send you the measurements of any item. Also, please check the size charts which can be used as a general guide.


Payment
All credit card payments are processed through PayPal, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may also mail a money order or cashier's check to Tyson's Closet, PO Box 476, Blacklick, OH 43004-0476. If you choose to mail your payment we must be notified by e-mail at info@tysonscloset.com immediately, and your items will be held for a maximum period of 3 business days. If the payment has not been received, the items will be released for sale to other customers.

Shipping Information
In most cases, shipments will be processed within 12 hours of being placed. Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via Priority Mail within the United States of America. Priority Mail Service takes 2 to 3 days to reach its destination, once shipped. Please contact us if you have any question as to when your order will be shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Return/Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 5 days for items in their original condition with the exception undergarments and seasonal items. Tuxedos and christening outfits may be exchanged for a different size only as long as they are received in the original condition. Credit in the form of a check written from Tyson's Closet Children's Clothing Boutique will be issued via mail from the Home Office for items returned in original condition.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

To make a return, please contact us via email at
info@tysonscloset.com to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. All returns will be refused unless sent with a Home Office issued RMA.
